Just like the officer stated that she was not answering a particular question, the officer did the very same thing by refusing to acknowledge that she passed the roadside tests. She went back to "I smell alcohol"... well you said that in the beginning, what is different and how does that affect the question of whether or not she passed the ROADSIDE tests. Y’all sayin she passed all 3 tests are just fan girlin’ 😅 She def failed- couldn’t follow a single instruction, couldn’t hold still or stop giggling & talking for the eye test, never held her leg straight on the one foot test , wobbled & hesitated counting as if she about forgot the next number, & yeah, the lady cop had her issues too but she explained the walk test pretty clearly & Glo couldn’t stop talking & gigglin long enough to know what she was supposed to do. BUT, the lady cop struggled pretty bad too- couldn’t explain anything, stuttering & stumbling over her own words, didn’t know how to clearly explain the tests & acted like she didn’t know what words to use. Glo would’ve been better off just taking the breathalyzer to begin with but she obviously knew she’d drank quite a bit & was afraid of what the result would be. She only said she wanted to take it after bc she realized she hadn’t nothing to lose & could only gain something IF she could blow under the limit so she was ready to roll the dice at that point 😂😂😂 Call it like it is & be real 😂
